Overwhelm, Renewal, and Trusting God With Your Work

|

In this episode, I share a short, practical reflection on what it looks like when I wake up overwhelmed, start spiraling into my to-do list, and need to turn my thoughts to trusting God with the overwhelm. I talk about the scriptures and prayers I use to reset my mind, hand my plans back to God, and remember that energy, clarity, and enthusiasm come from Him, not from self-effort.

This episode is especially helpful if you start the day mentally overloaded, physically drained, or discouraged before the work even begins.
